With over forty years combined real estate sales, management and training experience, Manuel and Judy are seasoned professionals.  They have an established tract record in all facets of the real estate business, including residential sales, investment properties, probates, bank owned properties and exchanges. 

Manuel, a broker, is the previous owner of several real estate franchise brokerages and has served on the Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee and Grievance Committee of the local Board of Realtors. 

Judy, a full time Realtor since 1983, has initiated and managed the Relocation Division of a real estate franchise and has continually been an award winning top producer. 

Both are Certified Relocation Professionals, Members of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors.  They are members of Tarbell Realtors' Pro-100 Club and multi-million dollar producers for 8 consecutive years.
